This vignette is built for RN clinical judgment: multiple SIRS-like features, hypotension, hypoxemia, fever, and source clues (lung + urinary). The meaning is time-sensitive escalation and coordinated resuscitation—not isolated tasks. The RN must prioritize stabilization, activate resources, and communicate a clear trajectory.
