Neuroleptic malignant syndrome (NMS)
Life-threatening reaction to antipsychotics: hyperthermia, lead-pipe rigidity, altered mental status, autonomic instability, and markedly elevated CK. Stop offending drug, provide supportive care, consider bromocriptine and dantrolene.
