NurseNest Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

This Policy explains how NurseNest subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, trials, and refunds work.
Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at checkout, such as monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual billing.
Auto-Renewal
Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file until cancelled.
By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges.
Free Trials and Promotional Offers
If we offer a free trial or discounted introductory offer:
the duration and terms will be shown at checkout
unless otherwise stated, the subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial
you are responsible for cancelling before the conversion date if you do not wish to continue
How to Cancel
You may cancel at any time by:
using the cancellation settings in your account, if available, or
contacting [email protected]
Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law or otherwise stated in writing, cancellation does not retroactively reverse charges already incurred.
Access After Cancellation
After cancellation, you generally retain access until the end of your current paid billing term. Once the paid term ends, premium access ends unless you resubscribe.
Refund Policy
Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise:
all subscription charges are final
we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time
we do not provide refunds because you forgot to cancel
we do not provide refunds based on dissatisfaction with study outcome, exam result, schedule, or preference changes
chargebacks should not be used as a substitute for contacting support
That said, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to issue a courtesy refund, account credit, or exception in individual cases.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, suspend access, downgrade access, or cancel the subscription until payment is resolved.
Fraud, Abuse, and Chargebacks
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we may suspend or terminate access while the dispute is reviewed. We may provide supporting evidence of the transaction and service usage to our processor or the relevant financial institution.
Pricing Changes
We may change pricing for future billing periods by providing notice as required by law or platform practice. Continued use after the effective date of a pricing change may constitute acceptance of the new price, subject to applicable law.
