Flashcards are asked as questions, carry their rationale, and end with Again / Hard / Good / Easy so the next session knows what to bring back. Write your own cards into My Cards for the facts you keep missing.

The NMC assesses your application and tells you which parts of the Test of Competence apply to you. Not every applicant follows an identical path, and only the NMC can say what yours is.
The CBT has two sections: Part A is numeracy, Part B is clinical. It is a fixed-form paper sat at a Pearson Professional Assessments test centre, not an adaptive test, so preparation is about accuracy and pace across the whole blueprint rather than chasing a rising difficulty curve.
The NMC describes the OSCE as testing your clinical and communication skills across a set of stations, including a linked scenario assessing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, skills stations, and stations on values, behaviours and evidence-based practice. The NMC's current guidance defines the mix for your sitting.
Both parts ask you to act on a clinical picture rather than recite a fact. Lessons build the mental model first, and questions explain why the keyed answer is right and which misconception each distractor represents.
The NMC allows the CBT and OSCE to be taken in either order, and both must be completed for your application to continue. Timing rules are the NMC's and change, so check their current guidance before you book.

A UK curriculum is defined — NHS structure, the NMC Code and revalidation, safeguarding adults and children, the Mental Capacity Act and DoLS, NEWS2 and escalation, documentation, and medicines administration under the NMC and BNF — but those lessons are not published yet. What you can study today is the shared clinical platform, which is not mapped to the NMC blueprint. This page says which is which rather than presenting the plan as the product.
Eligibility, fees, booking, test centres, attempt rules and timing are set by the NMC and change. This page explains the assessment and points at the NMC's current candidate guidance rather than restating figures that go out of date.
Each practice question explains why the keyed answer is right and, just as importantly, which misconception each distractor represents — which is what transfers to an item you have not seen before.
